We are pleased to announce the opening of a new branch in Fiano Romano in order to be closer to our customers and to all professionals in the sector, both operationally and in terms of relationships.

The strengthening and the quality of the service in the context of the growth of the swimming pool sector are at the heart of our development plans in Europe. The opening of the new branch in Rome represents another step in the journey to Italy that began in January 2020, and which will see further innovations in the near future:

• In January 2020, we moved the historical operational headquarters to a new location offering more space and flexibility to better meet the needs of a constantly evolving market.
• In January 2022, we have created a new sales outlet and a new internal organisation to be closer to the specificities of the territory.
• In January 2023, we will open the Fiano Romano branch, in a strategic position along the north-south motorway axis, ideal for better serving the Centre-South.

Our ambition is to link our growth to the development of the entire swimming pool sector: the pandemic has given a strong impetus in this direction, but times are changing rapidly and we need to evolve to manage the new market, focusing on consumer information, operator training and, above all, on eco-sustainable products both for new constructions and for the renovation and maintenance of existing pools.

With the establishment of the two sales outlets, one for the North and the other for the Centre-South, customer service is strengthened and is one of our distinctive strengths, thanks to the availability of products in stock, short delivery times and reduced transport costs.
The new Fiano Romano outlet will be equipped with a large and modern warehouse for the storage and shipment of goods. An area for over-the-counter sales to professionals, offices for order management, an after-sales service and training rooms.
This is the same logistic-organisational scheme present at the Burolo Sales Centre.

The headquarters of SCP Italy, with the service part of the two sales centres, i.e. general management, sales management, marketing, purchasing, process organisation, accounting, R&D and pre-sales technical support, remain centralised in the Burolo building.
